At Assai Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment and electronics. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a safe transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
