Do you offer a warranty on hardware products?

Yes, all electronic hardware including record players and amplifiers come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects.

Can I return a opened hardware item?

We accept returns within 30 days. However, electronics must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and cables included to be eligible for a full refund.

Do you provide international shipping for audio equipment?

We currently ship electronics to select international destinations. Please note that voltage requirements vary by country and may require an adapter.
